1. Desription of Service nclex-tutorial.com is provided by Health Management Services San Diego. A nursing board accredited Nursing Education Service owned and operated by Dr. Holger A. Karrenberg. This website provides the following Services: a) NCLEX-RN® Online Tutorial and Review Classes, including on demand e-mail Tutorial. b) Registration for NCLEX-RN® Live Tutorial and Review Classes. 2. Registration Registration for participation in any of our advertised education events and board exam review classes as well as bookings for In-House Workshops are regarded as completed only upon clearance of a full payment of course fees to our business account. Reservations can not be accepted prior to receipt of payment. 3. Cancellation Policy and Non-attendance of Participants in Live Classes. For cancellations more than 14 days prior to the scheduled class date we will not charge any cancellation fees. For cancellations 1 - 14 days prior to the scheduled class date we will charge a late cancellation fee of $ 75.00. For cancellations after the scheduled class has started we will charge an additional 20 % of the class fee per day until we are informed about the cancellation. 4. Cancellation of Live Classes on our Behalf As soon as we determine a cancellation of one of our scheduled education events is unavoidable,we will notify every participant by using the participants contact information. The participant receives a full refund of class fees in case of a cancellation. 5. Announcement of Class Locations The advertised locations are subject to change if a significant mismatch between the number of registrations and the capacity of the advertised location occurs. In this case a location within no more than five miles range will be offered instead. 6. Contact Information Every Participant is obligated to provide Dr. Karrenberg's Health Management Services with Contact information which allows us to provide early notification on any changes of time and location of our public educational events. This information will not be disclosed to third parties at any time. 7. Reimbursement of Fees and Travel Expenses Reimbursement of class fees will be processed within fourteen (14) days after the cancellation date or, in the case of non-attendance, fourteen (14) days after the scheduled course date. Reimbursement of travel expenses can not be granted under any circumstances. Reimbursement payments will be processed by Credit Card payment returns or via Cashiers Cheque on the last business day of the following month after we have received the reimbursement request. 8. Payment of Class Fees Payments for live classes can be made by wire transfer, cheque or credit cards. We accept payment information via the mail, phone, fax and online. Payments for online classes require a payment by credit card or via PayPal®.
To take an online class at www.nclex-tutorial.com you must have access to a computer with an Internet connection. An email account has to be available to register for this class and to participate in our - ask a tutor - service. To access audio files in this class it is occasionally necessary to work with a computer or internet access device that supports mp3 audio files. A broadband Internet connection is preferred but not mandatory to work with this program. Students may also use computers in public libraries and other on-campus or public use areas to complete their class work. A Download of materials is not required to pursue with your exam preparation in our online classes. It is therefore not required to have a designated computer for this task since you can access this class from any computer with an internet connection. This Program is compatible and was tested with the following operating systems: Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. Full compatibility is provided with all versions of the Internet Explorer Web browsers. Other browsers or operating systems may not be fully compatible which may lead to disturbed or absent images or audio files. In these cases we recommend to use a compatible operating system or web browser. 10. Licensed e - mail. We will use this email address as your licensed email to access this service.
Upon registration participants receive an instant payment confirmation by email. The activation code to activate the account access is submitted in a separate email. The date of the activation of the access code defines the beginning of the 100 day access period. The payment address provided by the participant will be used to ship the Review Manual.
Upon receipt of your order we ill instantly ship the most current edition of our Review Manual to the address that you have provided as your payment address. If you wish to receive your study materials at a different location than your payment address you may send us a message immediately after your order is completed to the following email address: info@nclex-tutorial.com. Reimbursement of online class fees We provide a refund of online class fees only in case of a failure to deliver our service as described above. In any other case we cannot provide any refunds since our customers gain instant access to the full range of our service upon registration.
